Deactivation of services not implemented

I upgraded on 31 December 2012 from a Blackberry to a Samsung Galaxy. I asked the consultant that my sms bundle be deactivated. On the same day, my new simcard for the Samsung Galaxy was activated and my Blackberry no longer worked as the simcard was deactivated. A few days later, I realized that something was wrong on my account. I visited the Vodacom shop in Atterbury Value Mart and they informed me that my sms bundle was still active as well as my Blackberry Internet Services... but my package wasn't a Blackberry package! I requested again that the BIS and sms bundle be deactivated. It is now almost 3 weeks later, my sms bundle has still not been activated, after several (6/7/8) attempts! And Customer Care informed me that I must pay for it this month. I asked CC department to listen to my call to them requesting the deactivation of the sms bundle, and they promised to phone me back the same day. 2 days later, still no phone call from Customer Care and the sms bundle is still active on my account! This is the worst service I have received in all my life! Hopefully by the end of my contract, the bundle would have been deactivated and I will take my business elsewhere!
