I have been trying for a week to get my internet modem working. Vodacom gave one excuse after another and finally now that they have no excuses left it is my fault the thing is not working. Now they want me to take my laptop to the data experts to see what's wrong!!! On my expense, after everything... i will not accept responsibility for this and it is NOT the laptop... i have tested on 3 different ones... Cell C works on all 3. I want my data contract cancelled!!! Simple as that and when my phone contract is due for upgrade be sure that I WILL move to another SP.
