I took out a data contract 1 week ago and it is still NOT working. After every excuse in the book - "it's a recycled number"; "maybe it's your laptop", "there is not sufficient data to open the internet" and so forth the buck was finally passed to me - It's my laptop??? How can it not work on 3 different laptops??? and now I was told you need to take your laptop to have our data guys assist you at the branch, I want this contract cancelled. Why should I use any more of my time and resources to sort this out? The debit order went off my account - at least you got that right (why wouldn't you). Your incompetence ensured that my life was on hold for 1 week, my husband could not apply for work available on the internet - worst of all, I could not pay my domestic worker - who happens to be on maternity leave. So, you did not just negatively impact my life, but others as well - that's the type of power you hold and yet you cannot get your basic service right. I want my contract cancelled.
