Upgrading contract

After 15 years as a customer I asked to port my number from MTN to VODACOM, should be easy since NASHUA are providers for both. Ha ha!!! 3 weeks later, dozens of calls later I am still on MTN. Despite daily commitments my number "would be ported tonight at around 7.30pm" nothing happens. The next day I call and its the same story. the call centre blames I.T. department, etc etc.
What a joke, I was told I should just go direct to Vodacom, clearly Nashua dont need my business.!!!
