In 2008 I tried to Port out from Nashua Mobile to Vodacom, as the service from Nashua Mobile was horrible, and to cut a long story short I couldn't, so I had to stay with them, their specials are far inferior to those of other service providers but because they would not? or could not release my cell number to Vodacom, I then left it at that and carried on with them, I then looked into how to get away from them and the only way was to port my phone to prepaid and then after a period apply for a new contract with a new service provider when my contract ended, which I duly did in September 2012. I am now trying to get a new contract with Vodacom and the same story is happening, either Nashua Mobile cant or wont allow my number to be ported to Vaodacom, I am frustrated and frankly disgusted with their client "retentions" system as it amounts to pure bullying tactics.By this I mean that by not releasing my number they will force me to stay as an unhappy customer or stay on prepaid just so that I have the pleasure of keeping my number. I am very unhappy and wish to consult a lawyer as to where to go from here, so be very careful about taking a contract out with Nashua Mobile BULLYS
