Porting costs

I am utterly upset with nashua mobile. i had 4 contracts with nashua mobile. the first three contracts i ported over to vodacom i was notivied of port costs... now when i ported my my own number i was not notiefied of any port costs. they deducted over R7000 for porting costs.if nashua notiefied me like the previous times of porting costs i wouldnt have ported out. please assist in this matter please
