My wife recently got a cell c contact on condition that she can keep her mtn number only if she cancelled her contract with mtn first and as soon as she get her cell c phone she could just call the call centre again and process the swop at no cost. 2. The contract package she was was given is incorrect
Issue 1.
1. They have not done so since the 2nd of May
2. The call centre agent is denying ever saying this although its on record
3. They say they will contact her in 48 HOURS they have not done so since the 2 OF MAY INSTEAD we keep calling in and we are tired of this and actually staring to reget changing networks, the last call ref we got was 30506000235
Can they either cancel the contract or honor their obligation
