Once again I am logging this complaint on behalf of my wife, and note that the issue reported here: https:///cell-c/complaints/new-contract-bungling-1239526 is still not fully resolved.
It is now almost a month after the cellphone and sim card were received, and even now, the phone is still not functional. We received a call from a contact centre agent on Friday 15112013 who said that he was going to do a sim swop, because somehow Cell C had already activated the (wrong) extra sim card that was sent (but never requested and had been sent back). So now, several days later, when attempting to use the phone it states that "You cannot make outgoing calls while call barring is on" which is apparently a Service Provider issue. After the first complaint, we have been dealing with Danielle Abrahams who has not been very helpful at all - please get someone else to sort out this issue or I will ensure the contract is cancelled due to non performance by Cell C.
