I had a contract with Cell C, which i cancelled within 48 hours due to a damaged phone they gave me. they could not help me when i told them the phone is damaged. I was sent an email to confirm the contract was cancelled. two months later they debit my account for the contract charges. I tried calling them and they kept telling me the contract was never cancelled and they would not be able to reverse the money back into my account. I had to go to my bank to have this done. somebody called me within hours of me reversing the debit order.
yesterday somebody called me to confirm the contract was cancelled. Now they say i owe them R101, i informed them i would pay at the end of the month. Now i get 2 calls within 5 minutes. I called them back, and told them to stop calling me, they say they cannot do that because i owe them money. when they owed me money, they could not call. I am being harassed by your call centre. I will pay your measly 101, but do not call me. If i get another call, I will resort to not paying the money you claim I owe you. DO NOT PLAY GAMES WITH ME CELL C!!!
