BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Yet again I have an issue with cell c. On Friday, 22 Feb 13 the problem started when instead of my phone indicating the network it indicated sim card error. As this happened before I knew I needed to get a new sim and call the call centre to do a sim swop. Called on Sat 22/02 and a agent logged the call and indicated it will be done by Monday 25/02, called Monday agent said she cant help and left me on hold for 10 - 15 minutes and then I hung up, called again agent gave me a ref no. 3022301417 and said will be done by Wed 27/02. Wed came and went and still nothing, I am paying for a contract with an inactive network. Tried calling Wed 27/02 and Thurs 28/02 and keep hearing system cant help me. I dont understand why my sim keeps saying sim card error when I never take it out the phone! Im just sick and tired of Cell C now!
