My contract expired the 10th of may. I phoned the call centre round about the 8th of april to cancel my contract and make it a prepaid no. About 2 days ago the call centre informed me that o am still on contract. When i phoned in april i was given a ref no which o unfortunatelly lost during my relocating to pe. When i phoned last night they informed me that i was still on contract. I refuse to pay for an extended contract as i informed them way in advance not to extend my contract. I am sick and tired to hear about 48 hours the past 2 years. It was not a pleasure to be a virgin mobile client and would not recommend them to any one!!!
