I have never has such an issue to cancel a contract as i do with Cell C. I sent a letter to fax number 084 14329 on the 16/05/13, which was a calendar month notice, to cancel my cellphone contract. To date nothing has been done. I have called 084 145 countless number of times but the call centre reps always say that they will get retentions to call me back and no one calls.
I am very disappointed as I wanted this contract to be cancelled on the 24th month but looks like it will never happen.
Makes you wonder if you ever would want to renew a contract with Cell C as they seriously do not care about returning calls to their customers.
084 7702 473 is the number i want cancelled ASAP. I do not use this number anymore and no longer want anything to do with this number.
