At the end of Feb I upgraded my contract with Vodacom in order to get a new iPhone5 phone. I received the new phone at the beginning of March. Since then Vodacom has been trying to affect a SIM swop to a nano SIM required for the phone. Vodacom has attempted to this with 2 different SIMs without success. I realised that Vodacom would not be able to make this work and have asked that the contract be cancelled, the phone returned and that I be refunded for the excess billing since March.
To date I have send and received more than 65 emails in this regard. I have spent more that 3 hrs 30 mins on 18 different calls to Vodacom. I have been into a Vodashop 3 times and spent some 2 hrs there.
I am frustrated and do not know how to cancel this upgrade
