I am a small business owner and on 29 April 2013 I decided to get another internet contract, but this time from MTN.I went to my nearest MTN shop, which showed me away. They said I needed to go to an MTN DIRECT store. Was I not at an MTN DIRECT store? OK so I followed their directions and arrived at the store. They also showed me away - said I must contact MTN corporate. I went to the office and contacted the number that I was given 0119115563.It did not work. Then tried 0119914740.It did not work. Then I tried 0831238900.It also did not work. I thought I am must be going crazy. Surely its not possible for all the numbers to be down at the same time? I had colleagues try. Even family with MTN contracts -Nothing. The following day I managed to get through to corporate. They then said I must fax my request on company letterhead. Nothing came off it. When I wanted to follow up, I couldn't get through. On 3 May I managed to get through to the Accounts department! I Pleaded my case and asked them to get someone from sales to phone me. Later that day Freddy Molefe from MTN phoned. I sent him all my docs and delivery was scheduled for 10 May. Today is the 20th, STILL NO INTERNET! NO FEEDBACK.WHAT IS GOING ON
