Vodacom, well what can I say for the first time I felt cheated and very surprised with Vodacom.
Monday I received a SMS HIGHLIGHTING Unusually high usage has been detected on your cellular number R5186.93 please call to arrange payment.
1. I signed up for a 2g Data Bundle for my IPad
2. According to the consultant Vodacom was suppose to send me sms stating 50% of my gigs have been used then again 70% and a reminder that 90% was used making me aware of the usage.
3. I received NO sms or indication of the usage only a SMS STATING I owe R5186.93 (HOW DOES THAT WORK???)
I am Shocked and VERY DISAPPOINTED
