THUNDUKA NKUNA INCOMPETENT TEAM LEADER

I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH AN INCOMPETITED PERSON, I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH HIM SINCE THE CONTRACT UPGRADE, HE HAS NOT RESPONED OR COMMUNICATED FEEDBACK TO ME. HE IS A TEAM LEADER AT THE CANCELLATIONS DEPARTMENT. I UPGRADED MY CONTRACT ON 03/10/2012 AND THE CELL PHONE WAS FAULTY AND I REQUESTED FOR THE PHONE TO BE COLLECTED. I WAS SO DISTURBED BECAUSED HE WENT AROUND IN CIRCLES AND I HAD TO CALL THE RAM COURIERS TO COLLECT THE PHONE. THE PHONE WAS ONLY COLLECTED 15/11/2012 AFTER I STRUGGLED WITH RAM. SINCE IM UNSATISFIED I CANCELLED MY CONTRACT WITH VODACOM BUT NOW IM BEING TOLD TO PAY FOR THE CONTRACT PERIOD BUT THE PHONE HAS BEEN COLLECTED AND IM NOT USING THE SERVICE ANYMORE. I DONT WISH TO USE VODACOM SERVICE AND WOULD NOT RECOMMED ANY OF MY FRIEND TO USE THE SERVICE. I WISH THUNDUKA NKUNA WOULD HAVE BEEN A RESPONSIBLE AND SHOWN COMPETENCE BUT HE HAS SURE SHOWN THAT HE IS A TRUE DISAPPOINTMENT. VODACOM WILL LOSE CUSTOMER BECAUSE THEY CHOOSE EMPLOY PEOPLE LIKE NKUNA WHO CAN NOT PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE
