I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Pocket in September 2012. Between September and March the phone has been replaced three times! Phone nr.3 was sent in for repairs on the 19th March BUT still isn't repaired because the courier RAM collected the phone and delivered it at VODACOM MIDRAND it should have been delivered at VODACOM CENTURION! It has been 2weeks already and still the phone is not booked for fixing.
I asked VODACOM if I can cancel this contract and take out a NEW contract with BETTER phone but all they say is; No, send it in for software upgrade or repairs if faulty". VODACOM is the worst service provider when it comes to "consideration"! I have 18months left with VODACOM, sure won't upgrade with them! I am looking at deals with CELL C!
