Vodacom
No support from technical departement

I have been asking vodacom to remove a age restriction from my cellphone which prohibits me to visit almost any website. I have been to their shops, call centres etc. i was told to send a copy of my id which i have now done on four occasions but still there is no joy. Whats a shocking display of service!
