Shocking experience eve

I went to Exact in Bothaville as I needed to buy a cellphone for my younger sister when I got there I saw a Nokia C201 for R649 on Mtn I decided 2 take it the most shocking thing was when the cashier scanned it the price had changed from what I saw on Display then a cashier told me that its cheaper on Vodacom and the person who put the signage there should explain what he did was to tell me that the Display was wrong and went to remove the phone from display the cashier continued with the transaction gave me an A4 slip to sign did not explain the conditions of a phone only asked if I was gonna use same simcard packed everything and gave it to me with attitude and as I work for a retail company too I know that customer pay for what they see but it seems like TFG has hidden prices the most annoying part was when I asked the cashier who helped me to tell me the name of the guy who removed the phone fromm display he answered and said to me"if you want my name ask me instead of asking people" how could I Have know since well dey all had no name badges I couldn't even tell who is the manager I am not happy at all working for Edcon has taught me that no metter what customer comes first
