This must be the best call centre in the industry. Having used most of the cellphone service providers, Vodacom provides the best services at their call centres. Not only are the operators efficient, they are also pleasant and nothing is too much trouble for them. With other call centres I am relunctant to make the call but with Vodacom it is an absolute pleasure. Keep up the good work and THANK YOU Colleen (?) for the outstanding service with a smile.
