Vodacom Call Centres Taking Advantage of People

I am very cross that my wife, then girlfriend was offered a cellphone contract without confirmation of income. I think these rushless actions by their call centres to take advantage of us via our spouses is ruthless and irresponsible. Since we are declining their many cellphone contract offer they then target our spouses to get to our income. Please can Vodacom call me so that we can resolve this matter. Because when I call I am told that they cannot speak to me as I am not proxy, but they expect me to pay for the contract / arrears penalties. The National Credit Regulator Also seems reluctant to assist.
