I was recently at Carnival mall and East rand Mall at all 3 Vodacom shops. The service was absolutely poor or non excitant and they never have stock of anything. On Wednesday I had a meeting at Killarney Mall and decided to pop into Vodacom. I am still amazed and in disbelieve, I thought all Vodacom shops are just bad! They were so helpful and I even end up taking another contract for an ipad. I had to pop out quickly and on my return my phone was set up and everything was transferred to my new phone!! Well done Guys. I was on my way to CellC. Never visit the Vodacom shop next to Ackerman's in the Carnival mall they sooo unprofessional and the service, What Service?
