Vodacom: A month to Fix a technical issue?

I have been a client of Vodacom for 17 years. I have 9 contracts at Vodacom and normally I am more than happy with their service, but how long does it take the biggest cellphone company in South Africa to fix a basic service on their website.

I have three Data contracts but I can not see how much data is available on any one of them. Vodacom tells me it is a technical error. They have been telling me the same thing since December.

I work from home and the internet is a vital part of my business. Yesterday my system just stopped and told me that my data has run out. No problem right? Just go on to one of your other data contracts and buy a bundle for the contract that has run out. Wrong...

The website can't tell me what is left, it doesn't even see a bundle and when I try to buy one it tells me that there is insufficient funds on my simcard. Insufficient funds??? On a contract???

So I phoned Vodacom. They told me to buy a bundle on pre-paid. That is the most ridiculous idea I have ever heard. What is the sense of owning 9 contracts if you still have to run to a shop if your data runs out???

Is that the kind of service you expect from the biggest cellphone company?
