We have contacted the Vodacom Customer Care contact Centre on so many occasions just requesting that they send our Cellphone Bill for the month in order for us to settle. We have a cellphone contract as well as 3G connection with Vodacom, but it seems that they are just not interested in assisting us. We are due for an upgrade since the 03/072013 but will definitely not bind ourselves to such pathetic service for another two years. Well done Vodacom. You guys are brilliant... NOT!
