RIDICULOUS DATA BILL

I opened a contract with Vodacom in November 2013. I decided to take advantage of Vodacom's specials on the new iPhone 5s. A week after doing an online application, i received my new 5s. Everything about the transaction went through without a hitch, and i was a happy customer (as i have been with Vodacom for the last 10 years) Sadly this joy was short lived. My first statement came on the 3/1/14 and indicated R6000 data usage for December 2013. IS THIS EVEN POSSIBLE??? The package i chose comes with 200MB data 500MB promotional pm. I did not receive 1 message warning me about my usage, not even the mandatory message saying my MB are finished and i will now be billed for further usage. a few days after receiving the statement, i got a message saying that i have used 7315MB of data in December. I contacted Vodacom to query the usage, and was told that it is correct and i must pay. I cant even get a detailed report on what the data was used on and the exact MB used. it is a total RIP OFF!!! If i did use the 7.315GB indicated in their message, that brings their data charges to R843/GB!!! This is totally unacceptable! Considering moving all my business acc to another provider!!!
