Vodacom Website specifies that you can set the Call Limit online (see below), but the call centre agent confirmed that this is not true. Why is this an issue? I moved most of my accounts to Top up and blackberry bis to control runaway costs. However, I still have one account not on Top up. I tried a few month ago, to add a call limit online - but could not find the option (as it's been taken off)... was not too concerned at the time because my son has BIS. Unfortunate 2 weeks ago, his BlackBerry screen broke and he swopped the SIM into an old iPhone and Galaxy Tab... and ran up a bill of R7500... I BELIEVE removing the CALL LIMIT option ONLINE, is a deliberate attempt not too allow people to control cost!!! This is the second time this has happened to me... I'm tiered of being by Vodacom.
How do I get this service?
