Terrible service

I have NEVER been so frustrated and disgusted in a company before. Tygervalley MTN NEVER returns calls, it is IMPOSSIBLE to get through to them, and they are unfriendly.
I have been trying to reach this branch in connection with a contract. The phone just rings ans rings. Eventually a century city branch got through to an employer and asked her to call me to confirm my phone collection. Nobody returns calls, messages or answers any phones.
Half the numbers on the internet for MTN do not exist or are disconnected.
It is shocking.
