I received a Sony Xperia as a gift, this phone comes from Europe, I need a networking unblocking code, i called Sony and all they do is pass the buck, no body wants to help. I have never in my life have I come across such unhelpful company, the phone cost money which can not be used. They keep telling me that i need to down a program and it would help, ( no chance) I called again and they said i need to email the service provider in Europe, (which i ask for a email address and could not provide me with one.) What must i do, flush the phone down the toilet as i cant use it. I wish i could found someone that could help me and not just pass the BUCK..
I will never recommend Sony to anyone in fact i will tell them all about the customer service you get when help is in need. All they want to do is they the product and make money??? That"s all
