I do not have a South African bank account and have always paid my Vodacom bill via Easypay. In their infinite wisdom, Vodacom have decided not to allow payment via easypay but instead either at a Vodacom shop or at Standard Bank. Now today I went to both. Firstly a Vodacom shop will not take payment and they sent me to Standard Bank. Standard Bank said they would be delighted to take payment but only in cash!! As I have a forign issued credit card I do not intend to draw cash out and incure interest on the card.
You would think you could pay online at the vodacom website but no this is not an option either.
So Vodacom I am willing to pay you my bill but how do you expect me to pay it?
