Mtn suspended my cell phone and use of my modem saying that my account is not up to date, I emailed them proof of payment many times and called them. On the 14th May mtn emailed me saying that they confirm that my payment is reflecting on their system and that my service is funtional, now to my surprise I woke up the following day which is the 15th May and I found that my phone is suspended once again. I am asking for help because I do not know what else to do.
