BAAADDDDD SERVICE

I opend and account with them and they were supposed to switch my debit orders< instead they only switched my vodacom the first month. I had to pay the penality for my vodacom account, and when i asked them about it, I didnt get any response. Then i went to them to pay my vodacom cash, Vodacom never even recieved that payment, and when i try to phone them NO one answers the phone!!! Ill switch bakc to Standard bank if this is how theyre service is going to be!!!
