Paying Outstanding bills

Since this month Vodacom shops in Pretoria would not allow any payments over the counter. I have been doing it so since I have had a problem with my debit order account, which is about 5 months. After visiting a Vodacom shop, the advised me to go to another one in Pta, which I did, only to find that place referring me back to the same shop. When I went to Standard bank to make my payment, I had to stand in a very long queue, also just to find out I have to pay with cash. In the queue there was a man complaining to his friend about the same thing, and he has been paying that way for about ten years in his own words. after paying the amount which was mailed to me on a statement, i went back to the Vodacom shop, only to find out I have to pay an extra R10!! All that trouble over again for only R10, that's really frustrating. So if you want a payment to be made, stop making it so difficult for the customers.
