2 Months and still no line

I've moved into a house with a few friends of mine where having internet is a priority as most of our jobs depend on it. We requested Telkom to come install a line as soon as possible which they set a date for 2 weeks. They came on the day and informed us we needed another pole installed in order to put in the line and that would take another 2 weeks. They installed the pole around that time but didn't install our line (as they "forgot" their drill or something like that) and said they could only do it in ANOTHER 2 WEEKS. They were meant to come today (as the sms said 15-05-2013). They still havnen't arrived and I am extremely frustrated. This is poor service.
