Service from Vodacom - So what is new right??

My debt order reversed. So I resubmit the debit order on 7 May to go off on 8 May. On 12 May nothing is off my account yet and I phone the call centre, tell them it is STILL not off after my resubmission can they PLEASE take it off. They then APPARENTLY resubmit it again for that night. And to no surprise it does not go off cause no one at Vodacom knows how to do anything. Then I get a snotty email on 16 May about being blacklisted if not paid in 7 days... LIKE I HAVE NOT TRIED!!! TWICE!!! So I decide that I am obviously dealing with moraans and therefor I will do it myself. I then go to the Ilanga Mall Vodacom Shop and attempt to pay there. I am told you cannot pay at a branch (which by the way is so stupid) and that I should go to the bank and deposit the money. They then give me the account number for their Standard Bank Account (#022652418) and I go do the deposit using my account number and name as the reference. I send the proof of payment through on 18 May from my fax to email, again on 21 May (considering the have still not received my CASH DEPOSIT WHICH WILL SHOW IMMEDIATELY ON THEIR SIDE. And AGAIN on 23 May as they have still not seen it. Need space..
