I went to Mtn Cresta on staurday and upgraded to a Blackberry z10. i had to do i sim swap as the new phone reqires a micro sim. they were off line and said that i can pay for the new sim and take it then they will do the sim swap as soon as they come back on line. On Monday i called them as nothing had been done yet, and they told me it will be done in 1 hour, then 5 min later they phoned me back to say the sim card they gave me is faulty and i need o come back to the store to get a new sim card, so i went there on monday night and got the new sim. they said i must wait 2 hours and it will work. it is now Tuesday (4 days later) and the sim swap is still not done!!! they now say there is a problem with my number. i m so sick of all the stories as i have been sitting with a new phone for 4 days and i cannot use it. This is the LAST time i ever upgrade with Mtn again!!! I HATE MTN and i have had THE WROST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THEM EVER!!!
