I only wanted a micro sim card!!!

I bought a Nokia Lumia. On Saterday 25/1 I went to Mtn - Mall of the north to do a sim swap just to get a micro sim card for the new phone. They said it takes 2 - 24 hours. I waited the whole saterday, I waited the whole Sunday and nothing happened. I thought well maybe they do not work over the weekend that fast, let me wait untill Monday. 48Hour later and my sim card was still not activated. Then I phoned first, on a mission to get the branch number. I phone then 173 and was directed to 808, phone 808 and hold on almost 20 minutes and no one answerd. I tried 173 again and someone that was actually in the mood to help me send then an e-mail to the accounts department. Then the calls started. After 4 hours of phone calls and people telling me to wait 2 hours everytime then my sim was active. But now my data does not work I can not go into the internet or do whatsapp. And the best is the second number on my account that had nothing to do with the sim swap is also now disconnected. GREAT and all I wanted was a micro sim card.
