SIM SWAP DISASTER!!!

On Friday i did a sim swap because i needed a micro sim for my new phone. MTN said that it will take up to 24 hours for my sim to be activated. On Saturday my sim card was still not activated, i phoned the call centre and they said i must switch off my phone and take out the sim for 15 min and it will work, still nothing happened. I phoned the call centre again and this time they said the department that can activate my sim card can only do it on Monday when they back at work.

This is one of the BIGGEST networks around and this is the service they give, i couldnt use my phone the whole weekend. Till what time Monday do i have to wait for my sim to be activated.

Someone at MTN needs to do something about this, this is unacceptable!!!
