Hi, i went to vodacom southgate and did an upgrade on 22.11.2013 for Nokia Lumia 520 and because it was late micro sim swap could not be done, i was promised it will be finalised in the morning and will be called to confirm once done my old phone will swicth off and i can start using the new phone. I took the home and waited nothing happened and and on monday i went back to the shop and only then the agent did a swap (she Forgot) had to wait again 24hrs .on 26.11.2013 my old phone was off and the new phone could not log on as it kept on saying i should wait for 11808 min and try again. She took the phone to vodacare 26.11.2013 and only yesterday 04.12.2013 i was called that theres nothing wrong with the phone I blocked the phone and have to pay R300.00 or so to unblock the phone. I gree i used the password because my sim card and memory card from my old phone where swapped and if the sim swap was done on time and correctly i should not have been stuck with a brand new phone that could not work from day 1 and it was within 7 days. Im unhappy because theres no customer service in this and i have to pay to unlock the phone WHY? says Try again in 10562min
