VERY VERY VERY UNHAPPY

I have applied for a Telkom ADSL line on 12/04/2013. A deposit of R700 was demanded before they can proceed with the order. I paid the R700 deposit. A technician came out on 23/04/2013. He said that new cabling must be installed. I have received a sms on 26/04/2013 saying that Technical feasibility is being investigated. I have phoned 3 times to find out how long it is still going to take but no one can give me an estimate. Is it really so difficult to get ADSL??
