My neighbour and myself are on MTN's uncap inter net packet. We have had a very good service for the past year but about 5 weeks ago we started to experience signal strength problems. Over the Easter weekend we had no signal. We have phoned 0839001212 on several occasions to report the problem. One operator told us, just after the long weekend, that the tower in our area is overloaded and that the engineers are attending to this problem.
To date we have not notice any improvement in the signal strength. We experience connection to the inter net during the first half of every morning and then again in the evenings. If this problem is not resolved urgently the we are going to cancel our contract. We are paying for a service which they cannot provide. It seems to me that they have sold more contracts in the area then what their system can handle.
