Over the past year, the signal strength at my office has changed from almost full 3G strength to not being able to make a SINGLE call without the line dropping. This was reported to Mtn on 2 previous occasions before I was given a reference number (0053415) and told a technician would contact me within 96 hours. I have yet to hear from anyone at Mtn. I cannot provide a service to my customers with this type of poor service. Either improve my signal, offer me a Cel-Fi booster to improve my signal strength or i must cancel my contract (which costs me a lot of money). I am fed up with Mtn.
