There has been a problem with the 3G/Data coverage for the past year in my area and now the 3G coverage is about non-existent. If a 3G signal is displayed it does not mean that you will get 3G. When doing a speed test one will get a reading of -0.15 Meg down and 0.2 Meg upload speed.
95% of the time there is only "edge" signal strength and the 3G signal occasionally spikes for a very short period.

When calling the call centre to report the error it takes for ever before a call centre operator answers the phone. The operator then searches for the tower and each time the same answer is given "the tower was fixed the previous day".
