I have a problem with signal in the Middelburg, Mpumalanga area and try now for almost a year to have the problem solved and the only response I get is promises, and the signal just get worse everyday, so that if I am lucky I will be connected for 10 to 15 minutes or if the connection stays on downloading is very slow or the web pages does not open at all, with the message that there is no signal or it is not possible to connect to the internet. And every time I want to cancel my contracts with Vodacom they ask me to give them another chance that they can solve the problem, but they do not come back to me when I ask them to contact me that I can find out how and when they are going to improve on the signal.
