I have been through absolute cellphone lately, getting away from vodacom was a headache, now I'm trapped with nashua, it's been horrendous. I have been assisted by the staff at Rosebank, particularly Mohammed who has been nothing short of a miracle worker, also by Kate and one or two others. they have been fantastic, they get back to me when they say they will, they make a plan when they need to and I really couldn't be happier. I also called the helpline this morning and was very happy with the service I received. Thank you SO much, and I am looking forward to my whole mess being sorted out so I can enjoy being on a network that actually employs people like them. Keep up the good work!
