Poor service and poor feedback

I applied for a contract phone at MTN and after a week did not recieve any feedback. I have phoned numerous times to find out what is happening with my contract and have only then been advised. that my contract was approved but no one is giving me any feedback. no is calling me with any updates. Once I called the second time I was advised that the phone is out of stock. Yet when I applied I was told the phone stock would be arriving in a days time but the contract would take 3 to 4 days to be approved. I had initially applied for my contract at MTN as my husband bought shares there and thought it was important then to support that brand then going off and supporting another cell phone brand. I will definetely be telling my husband to sell his shares as the service delivery is poor. A client should always be kept in the loop.
