Poor feedback on availibility of stock

I applied during the beginning of May 2013 for a contract and HTC One handset, which contract was approved. It's been 3 weeks and my branch can not give any feedback when they will receive stock. I phoned customer service, but will hold on for 20 minutes at a time before disconnecting. I am very disappointed at Vodacom's lack of service and stock as I thought they provided premium services.
