About 4 weeks ago I applied for a contract with cell c. The contract was approved, to date I have not received the phone. Every week I called and I was told that they will get stock on Friday and will deliver early the following week. All their call centre agents are very unhelpful. I called once at 15h00 to speak with the team leader, I was told he is on lunch. Last week I told them they have until Friday to give me feedback or I will take my business somewhere else. They still have not responded. I spoke with the department that deals with ports and they say that they have not received the request to port which was supposed to have come from the salesperson. If I get this kind of service from them now, what will happen If I take the contract with them. Vodacom seems to be fine with my internet contract, If I have a query they call back and tell me there will be a delay. I think it would be better If I sign a contract with them. This has caused me so much of inconvenience, I needed the phone for work and I had to be always buying airtime. If they did not have stock they should have told me when I was approved for the contract and I could have avoided a lot of inconvenience.
