LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE

I recently applied for a cell c contract after having seen your adverts and a deal that I thought was value for money. After submitting all the required information and being promised by three different people that the contract has been approved and the phone will be delivered in 7 working days, I am horrified by the poor excuses that I get each time I make a follow up. Initially I was told the delay was as a result of confirmation of employment having been done on 3 July, more than a week after I applied and was told the contract was approved. I was then told the phone will be delivered on Friday... 5 July and that I should phone to make a follow up. Upon phoning today, I was advised that my score has expired and it has been sent for vetting! Really!
