No Feedback and NO Stock at all

I applied for a new contract with telkom mobile kolonnade on the 4th of December 2013, i got immediatly approved for this contract but they asked me to wait for the phone because they didnt have stock on the day. Babara told me that they sould have received stock on the 1 st of December but they didnt. Since then i phoned them more than 15 times to find out if they have received stock but everytime i phone they tell me maybe tommorow, i must phone tommorow.

I applied for the Samsung S4 mini that they promote in their month to month booklets and i find it completely unacceptable that I have to wait so long to do a contract with them and try to receive a service that is clearly not coming soon. According to CPA if they promote a product they must deliver on it or Replace it with something of the same value.
