I have had my contact for about 13 months and i have had bad service ever since and the worst signal on my phone, i have replaced my Samsung S3 3 times thinking its my phone and have done 4 sim swaps, my phone calls cut out all the time, people go into voice mail if they try call me, i have just had endless problems.
I call into the customer service and they tell me within 48hrs i will receive a call from one of their technical guys but that never happens, now i wish to cancel my contract and they say i must pay the remainder of the contract.
I spend within R700 to R1500 per month and i really dont get close to what i spend, not customer service nor network
